Notes:
- 2/23/2014: Brewed
- Pitched yeast at 68F
- Fermented in living room, near window (a little too warm currently)
- 2/26/2014: added a blow-off tube, as fermentation is currently going wild.
- 3/5/2014: Transferred to secondary and dry hopped with 4 oz of Mosaic Hops.
- 3/11/2014: Kegged. Somewhat worried about oxidation and loss of aroma, because twice we discovered that the cap on the carboy had blown off. We finally put a airlock on to prevent this. Taste is not as hoppy as we were hoping, Hopefully hops will come through once carbonated.
