Hopped Blonde Tasting Notes: 4/17/14, it was almost kicked and the bright, crisp hop flavor that we loved was starting to fade.
- Appearance: Straw, very clear
- Aroma: faintly of white grape juice and pinot grigio
- Taste:
- Original/Fresh: Crisp IPA-like flavor; fresh white grape and some tropical-citrus
- fairly dry with slight malt sweetness on the finish
- 4/17/14: Fresh hop crisp and bitterness subdued. Hop character now more like blueberries.
- Possibly some diacetyl (?)
