Hopped Blonde Tasting Notes: 4/17/14, it was almost kicked and the bright, crisp hop flavor that we loved was starting to fade.
  • Appearance: Straw, very clear
  • Aroma: faintly of white grape juice and pinot grigio
  • Taste:
    • Original/Fresh: Crisp IPA-like flavor; fresh white grape and some tropical-citrus
      • fairly dry with slight malt sweetness on the finish
    • 4/17/14: Fresh hop crisp and bitterness subdued. Hop character now more like blueberries.
      • Possibly some diacetyl (?)
