Red IPA
We wanted a nice red malty IPA for the the spring. Something that is balanced but not quite as light as the session IPA that we just kicked. The malt bill of this IPA is based of Lakefront Brewing's Fixed Gear Red Ale. The hops we chose were El Dorado and Simcoe. Simcoe hops are one of our favorites for hoppy beers. We have never used El Dorado hops before but we are hoping they play well together.

Oatmeal Stout & Coffee Stout
We are finally getting around to brewing our winter seasonal stout. Since it's well into spring, we decided to split the batch between oatmeal stout and coffee stout.

Best Bitter
As much as we love hoppy beers, it is nice to get some practice with more malt forward beers. British best bitters are great malt-forward beers that you can drink a lot of. We like to keep more sessionable beers in our keg fridge in order to have quicker turnover between beers. This recipe is mostly based off of our friend Roy's recipe, which we tasted and really enjoyed recently.

Black IPA w/ Simcoe and Amarillo hops
We have been wanting more and more hoppy beers to drink so we decided to make an IPA. We went with a black IPA as it is getting colder and colder outside. Recently we have been using exclusively citra and mosaic hops but it is starting to get old. Decided to switch it up with one of our favorite hops (simcoe) and it's classic partner (amarillo).
