- Tasting: extreme honey flavor, more of a mead taste than an ale
- possible warm fermentation?
- 9/24/2013: Bottled <0.50 gallon of Brown Ale yeasted

- Tasting: we're calling it a mead (maybe conditioning will soften the harsh honey flavors?)
