Best Bitter

As much as we love hoppy beers, it is nice to get some practice with more malt forward beers. British best bitters are great malt-forward beers that you can drink a lot of. We like to keep more sessionable beers in our keg fridge in order to have quicker turnover between beers. This recipe is mostly based off of our friend Roy's recipe, which we tasted and really enjoyed recently.

Session IPA w/ Experiments

Our normal Session recipe, with the addition of some Vienna Malt. We hoped to make 5 gallons to keg and 4 to experiment with.

708 Kitchen Sink

Our last tribute to 708 before we moved into a new place. A hoppy and sessionable IPA/Pale Ale with the kitchen sink worth of hops. Cleaning out the freezer!

Session IPA

Based on Beer Advocate's (and AHA's) 'Pliny the Toddler' (AHA Pliny the Toddler). We really wanted a sessionable IPA -- especially with out new kegging system. Something drinkable, but aggressively hopped. We wanted grapefruity, citrusy, tropical; instead of piney, resiny, bitter. We'll reuse the yeast for a IBA/ Black IPA more towards the Fall.
