A hoppy wheat with extreme juicy flavors. Small batch, goes fast.

42.86% -- 3.0 lbs White Wheat Malt

Hops:
0.30 ounces of Amarillo at 60min
0.12 ounces of Galena at 60min
0.30 ounces each of Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic at 00min
7 days dry-hop of Amarillo

Extras:
3 grams - Gypsum (split between mash and sparge)
1 Whirlfloc tablet

Yeast:
White Labs WLP090 San Diego Super Ale Yeast

Mash:
Sacch rest: 60 min at 152F

Notes:
  • 6/07/2015: Brewed
  • Pitched yeast at 66F
  • Fermented at 66 for 5 days; allowed to organically rise until kegging; kegged at 15 days
  • 6/22/2015: kegged
Tasting Notes:

  • Aroma: very ripe citrus (tangerine, orange)
  • Taste: fresh-squeezed juicy fruit (not sweet), little malt, dry finish
  • Overall: thirst-quencher, best fresh
