Pale Ale: Howling Halloween

We are making a drinkable and approachable beer for our Halloween Party 2013. We based it on EdWort's Pale Ale Recipe, because it is simple and cheap. All tolled, the grains and hops cost $24 and some change for 5 gallons.

Projected IBU: 35.61
Wort Boil Time (min): 60

Fermentables:
69.57% -- 8.00 lbs 2 Row
17.39% -- 2.00 lbs Vienna Malt
08.70% -- 1.00 lbs Red Wheat 
04.35% -- 0.50 lbs Caramel 40L

Hops:
0.50 ounces Warrior at 60 min
0.40 ounces Simcoe at 15 min
0.25 ounces Amarillo at 15 min
0.75 ounces Simcoe at 00 min
0.85 ounces Amarillo at 00 min

Extras:
1 tsp Irish Moss at 15 min
9 grams Gypsum split between mash and sparge

Yeast:
Safale US-05

Mash:
Sacch rest: 60 min at 154F
